Capsera is a few weeks old. Posting a list of openings we have not committed to hiring would waste your time, so this page will stay empty until a role is real. That is not the same as not wanting to hear from people — at this stage the best hires come from a conversation rather than a listing.
How we actually work
- Small, and staying that way for now
- The founders write the code. There is no layer between the person who takes the decision and the person who ships it, and that is the part of this stage worth protecting.
- The work is infrastructure
- An SDK that patches provider libraries in-process, a limit that has to be checked before a network call, and a system that must fail open. It is unglamorous, latency-sensitive, correctness-first work.
- We publish what we measure
- The benchmark on this site is our own scan of 133 public repositories, method and limitations included. If a finding is a lower bound we say so rather than rounding it into a headline.
